You could put the image in https://www.myfonts.com/pages/whatthefont to check similar looking fonts. I found a bunch of them this way!

Currently, there are 44 results, and none are the correct font.

If you'll notice the squared bottom left corner of the U, the rounded bottom right of the U, and the rounded bottom left of the E, none of the fonts match the font in question.

I have been digging at this myself, with no luck.

EDIT: How it always goes, say you're not finding something then you smack into it immediately, lol.

The titular font is FOT-KafuTechno Std H (KafuTechnoStd-H.otf) in italics.

To provide a full and complete answer though, since this thread shows up high on Google results... here's everything...

As for card text, they use YGO_Card_JP(YGO_Card_JP.ttf) and YGO_Card_NA(YGO_Card_NA.ttf), along with AtkDef(AtkDef.ttf). You'll need to reach out to Konami for copies.

Looks like UI uses a mix of RodinNTLG Pro (RODINNTLGPRO-B.otf) and Rodin Pro (odinPro-DB.otf).

Some of these are very well known in the gaming community, you can find a copy of a lot of them at https://archive.org/details/Fontworks

I was also able to find fonts named YouHeiS512B (YouHJW_512B.ttf), YouHeiS509R (YouHJW_509R.ttf), ZongYi-M05S (ZYJW.ttf), and WKTrCongjo (WKTRCHJO.ttf) referenced as well, but I presume not seeing use because of my locale?

I presume these are referenced as fallbacks? I'm finding Arial.ttf, and Perfect DOS VGA 437.ttf.

The font from the original picture though, is the titular font, FOT-KafuTechno Std H
