Hi!

There used to be software that would change a font from let's say TNR to "Tazelaar", a connected font that (Montessori) teachers use.

Nowadays it is impossible to install said software on a PC because the software does not match with more recent systems.

I have asked a lot of publishers of learning materials to share their software, but they don't want to. Which I understand.

I would be so happy if someone would take a look at the software (I still have it in an old e-mail) and try to make it work as an extension for Google (which we use at our primary school). Or perhaps we could talk about a paid assignment for creating the font I am looking for.

Maybe it is a strange question, but you never know who here has the skills and the time.

Kind regards,

Liduine

I use a lot of software and games that are incompatible with Windows operating systems more recent than XP. My solution was to have my repairman prepare for me a few computers that have an XP operating system, and none of them will ever be connected to the Internet. I move data between computers with a flash drive.

It's becoming more difficult to find laptops that have motherboards compatible with XP, which is why I am buying multiple machines. This is probably an easier solution to your dilemma than trying to get someone on this board to create custom software for your benefit, and probably less expensive..

I use XP with VirtualBox on my Mac. VirtualBox runs on Windows, Linux, Macintosh, and Solaris.
