Not really sure these are the same two fonts
To be honest, neither am I, but when I grabbed a copy of the large logo, it's gill sans. The small one originally posted, could be anything. Where it's legible in the Googled versions, it appears to be Gill.

Exactly, this low quality sample could be anything
Actually, it was the comma and the "p" in the sample that only "seem" different from Gill Sans, but it's really hard to be sure.
I'm making a big assumption that CER France have a coherent corporate identity and that the small version should just a shrunk version of the larger one.
