Hi All, I am looking to utilize this font for my university stole but I cannot seem to find it anywhere. I've seen adobe caslon swish but the "E" looks completely different. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks!

You're right, it is Adobe Caslon, using a mix of regular Italic and Swash Italic.
