Its similar to "Swing" or "Kaufmann".

No it isnt, as i wrote it's just similar but not that Thanks for having a look.

Looks to me like they used Swing font and manually made the "P" by using the upper case "D" and made the "&" by using the upper case "E"

Nope, it's completly different. Got some examples of this type with also alternate Letters like the M that is totaly not modified Kaufmann. ;D
