Can somebody please tell me why my recent fonts have not been added? I know one of them had a metric issue that was resolved and re-uploaded but as for the rest I have not received a word? Plus I tried to update a previous fonts info that has still not been changed. I have over 460 fonts on this website and honestly I am beginning to take this personally. If you guys no longer wish to receive fonts from me then just say so!

I'm terribly sorry you feel this way and I can only apologize for the massive delay we have at the moment. I can guarantee that there is absolutely nothing personal and that the issue is 100% on our side right now. We are working hard to get back on track and get this sorted out as soon as possible but in the meantime we kindly ask for everyone's patience. We understand the frustration and we are doing our best to deal with the situation.

Regarding your update, the only recent update I can see from you is the one you did on September 7th when you updated the description of your True Lies font and I have taken care of it. It isn't labeled as an update because there were no changes to the font files - we don't mark description changes as updates. Did you try to update other fonts?

No worries. I don't mind being patient. It's just disappointing to think that some fonts are being added before mine that were uploaded after mine were. I may be wrong but thats what it seems like judging by other font sites upload dates. So you can imagine why I began to get concerned. But again no worries and cheers for updating my True Lies font info. That was the only one, but I would like to change some more in the future.. Thanks!

Well it is true that sometimes fonts are not being uploaded in the order they were submitted by authors. But to be fair it doesn't happen much - mostly for "seasonal" things like Halloween or Christmas. Of course I completely understand your point of view and it makes perfect sense to me.
