I know the font for the album in general, but this font is different because it has the swashes (flourishes) on the k's and t's.

No, not different, I think someone just added some additional ligatures -- c_k and st -- to IM Fell DW Pica.

It isn’t the same as the regular font IM FELL DW Pica but a very similar one called Esther Handmade
