I downloaded one of the Dingbats fonts, 100% Free. Then, accidentally I saw the images from that font in Adobe Stock, NOT for free. On the other hand, in Adobe stock there were a lot of exactly the same clipart pictures made by different people.

Can I use it or not?

Yes, I also found some images on https://www.freevectors.net/zodiac-31961, dating from April 2008.

Yes if it is free you can download them and use, but if it is not then you would face some copy right issue. So better be safe than sorry.
