Is there a way I can edit the bio in order to include the photo I made as a showcase for my font? I have a picture and it seems like it did not get uploaded, so any help would be appreciated.

Go to your account. From there, you can update your fonts.
Then upload an artwork.
Artwork should be a real clean PNG file (not a JPG saved as PNG), or it won't show up.
