Tom Hultgen Letraset 1973, digital by the Agfa Division of Bayer Corporation in 1995.
This version of the _v_ was provided as an alt letter by Letraset but apparently not included in the Agfa version.
Type Market, Moscow, made a version with Cyrillic under the name Trafaret.
