Can anyone tell me what font is on this wallpaper ?

is a system font called "FixedSys". I'm not sure it's a downloadable font. but you can find it and use on notepad.

It comes with Windows. Check your Windows/Fonts folder or just select it within your program (Word, Photoshop, etc.)
