Star Cine is not an exact match because it is a serif font plus there are some differences. Your font might be a sans version of Star Cine or a modified Star Cine.

I can't find the font here at Dafont but you will find one if you Google for the font name.

toto@k22 that is so close to what i am looking for but as you say,there are some differences but its something for me to work with in finding the exact one,so Thank You for all of your help and information.
