AFAIK no exact match.
Allstar, already suggested, is close, but fill is too thick.
Jersey Letters is also close. Fill is about the right thickness.

Princetown designed in 1981 for Esselte-Letraset is the earliest use of this style that I found.
p.s. Allstar is an identical clone of Princetown.
