Looking for a suitable font to use on an official seal. The example below looks simple, traditional, and conservative to me. Any guesses on what it is?

Incredible eye - I think that's either it or really close. The hollow on the bottom of the 'T', uneven thickness of the sides of the 'A', serifs on the middle of the 'E.' Awesome - thank you!
