I made a logo for a friend who is running for office and thought I had scrubbed my computer of all fonts that were not 100% free, and then realized I had missed a couple and used one of them for their logo. They are running for state rep, not president or anything, but I still want to know if that would be considered commercial. We are NEVER selling anything with the font on it. We have clean election laws in our state, so that wouldn't even be allowed.

NOTE: I'm more than happy to pay for the font if we are misusing it, but if I don't need to (at this time) I'd like to wait because I don't have a ton of extra cash.
