I'd like to know the name of this font, the large text.

Allgemeine Zeitung is a custom Newspaper Nameplate derived from a Textura style font.
A possible inspiration for the Nameplate is Fette Gotisch, designed by Friedrich Bauer in 1875.

The designer would have had to compress the width, lighten the weight and customize details.
AFAIK there is no digital font in this category.
Weiner is derived from a Fraktur.

Steelplate Textura is Deiter Steffmann's rip of Fette Gotisch. They have the same weight and width.
Both are too heavy and too wide to use as a substitute for the Allgemeine Zeitung letters.
