Any ideas on this mid 1990's font? In talking with the designer I'm told it IS in fact a font. Thanks in advance, always appreciate this amazing community!!

I doubt it is a font.
The i's and e's are different unless they are a full glyph set.

This is the handwriting of the graphic designer who made the single cover.
