La targa automobilistica richiesta, risale ai primi anni 80, ed era realizzata con una titolatrice che non usava nessua font, ma un carattere alfanumerico apposito, creato dalla Stato Italiano.
Puoi ottenere approssimativamente quanto chiedi, usando la font suggerita.

The "Matricula espaņola" font is also similar.
