hey I want to publish a font. But this font is based on a car badge in a video game(so the brand is fictional). So can I get legal problems if publish this fanmade font?

there are 9 letters in the original badge(uppercase). I create all missing uppercase/lowercase letters, numbers and some symbols...

Depending on how popular the game, I doubt anyone would. However if the devs used a real font for their badge you'll have a bad time
