Perhaps they mixed up No. 1 and No. 2
Or, in the life of those from Photoshop, they have their own special one, not available to the public...

No, i really don't think there's a conspiracy theory about Neutraface. Maybe i'm wrong, but I don't think House Industries has a special secret version of Neutraface with different letters.
I just think it's not Neutraface, whatever version.
Yeah, this A has a flat top.
We can't see other letters yet, but i bet M and N have the same flat top.
