When I first looked, I knew that R was ITC Legacy - http://myfonts.us/td-uWOeou but the rest didn't match up.

The closest I can find is Goudy Sans

So perhaps, someone modified and grabbed from different designs to create the logo. Just a thought.

and for Luxurious Condominium, I'd use Trajan
