Anybody knows the name of the font for SO GOOD ? Or knows how can I do that wave effect on any font? I tried the smudge tool in Photoshop, but the text gets blurry

(To photoshop quickly) Use a simple old school font- put an outer stroke on the text in the colour you need and a white inner stroke (you can remove the inner stroke by magic wanding quick and deleting) - then liquify the text and warp it the way you need, should get a similar effect pretty quick but it's not dead on, hope this helps.
