Looks custom.
Perhaps a modified Chalet Paris 1970 and/or Chalet London 1970.
The_s_ is fairly close as is.
Rotate the _e_ counterclockwise and clip the tip.
Clip 20 or 30% from the rhs of _c_
Clip the tail off of _t_ and square the bottom.
Narrow the _n_.
Rub out the the dot on _i_.
The result would be close but not a 100% match.
