I can't say for certain - but I do believe Salted Rim was handwritten and not a font. And Mamaroneck is good old Helvetica! Sorry.

If you don't find it - you may want to fake it.
I suggest Grove Script in medium for the "alted rim" -http://myfonts.us/td-fLpEmw
and perhaps Kaufmann Script for the initial caps. http://myfonts.us/td-dFbTXy
and then in an illustrator type program - futz!
