I am currently a Trustee of a small charity who support young teenagers between 18 and 30 with life limiting illnesses.

I am creating a poster for them and was wondering about copyright and whether a charity big or small still comes under commercial use or personal use.

I don't know what's the legal rules for associations in England but in France, an association can have commercial activity and employees.
If it's you case, create poster for a such association is commercial use.

But the best is to contact the author to know hes oppinion.
