This looks more like hand drawn lettering instead of an official font, none of the letters are at the same height, and the two s are not the same

I did notice that, but the a's, c's, h's, p's, and o's are all identical. It looks like an opentype font that someone changed the s's with to look like a handwritten font.

In case anyone wants it, here's the font. Jenthill light is what this particular font for photography and design, but there is also a demo available here on Dafont.
jessicacox is a form of the font, but is definitely heavily edited.
