NOT CN BOLD, LUBALIN GRAPH! I DOWNLOADED IT AND IT WAS GREAT. IT IS IDENTIFY, EXCEPT THE "Q" THAT IS DIFFERENT IN CN BOLD AND LUBALIN GRAPH. ITC LUBALIN GRAPH BOLD IS THE SOLUTION.

Photolettering was a wonderful typeshop in NYC back in the day. They were the ones (with Herb Lubalin and Ed Benguiat) responsible for designing many typefaces we take for granted today. But I think a mystery is solved - ths was an early version of ITC Lubalin Bold using the ITC Avant Garde Bold Q
