I'm new to Dafont and I don't know how to create a font. I would really appreciate it if someone would explain to me how to do that. Thanks!

Creating a font is a labourious task and it isn't simple to explain a single process for making fonts as there are many ways to go about it; you can scan letters you've drawn or images you've taken, vectorise them and put them in a font editor or go straight to the font editor and draw your letters there. I'd recommend reading this brilliant two part tutorial at http://ilovetypography.com/2007/10/22/so-you-want-to-create-a-font-part-1/ and drawing up some differently styled characters on paper to see what's practical to make a typeface from.
