The image show some really clunky lettering produced by a movie studio or game maker.
If you want an authentic presentation of this style of lettering I recommend Peter Wiegel's Blankenburg, which is available here at Dafont. This is the light weight version of Erich Meyer's Tannenberg of 1933.
