Looking for this "common looking font"... Notice though that the W has got a quite high "meeting point" for the VV (I suck at explaining...) and also notice the "'" that is shaped like a 9. I've been looking on my computer for the most common fonts but didn't find this one. Any ideas? :/

It's not a 9, and it isn't missing -- it's a left single quote. Alt + 0146 (on numeric keypad) to access.
