Hi, I Purchased a font from the site and Now i am not able to follow the link to the .zip file and download the files. It is taking me to a site that is offline. Please help. The font is ALISANDRA by MIKROJIHAD.

I already paid for it through DaFont, why would i go to another website and buy it again?

Download the font with A-Z a-z 0-9 and basic punctuation at http://www.dafont.com/alisandra.font

Did you pay him $20? If you did, you can ask for the full version.
If you paid less than that, send him an email and tell him about your interest to get a commercial license. It wouldn't hurt you to inform him of your previous donation.

BTW commercial license is cheaper by $5 at CreativeMarket compared to Revolge.

You don't pay for anything through Dafont, it is a donation system, not a payment system.

I paid for the $20 version. I have sent an email and messaged their facebook page but still have not received a response. I will purchase again through creative market if i have to and just file a PP dispute on the other.

I hope you would be able to settle this without involving PayPal but that is entirely up to you.

Next time you need a commercial license for a font you got from this site, get in touch with the font author/designer first. If private messaging is enabled, that person will be sent a notice whenever he gets a PM.
