I've used the what the font forum several times, but it is down currently. I've used several identifier websites with no luck. Anyone know this one? Thanks!

I saw the note about crappy images being deleted. I updated the wrong file, but even my other file is a blurry jpg. Came back to see if I can delete this myself but not sure I can.
