The preview feature on fonts.com ( "Try Font" ) takes by default the Heavy one, but if you change it to Medium the weight is ok...
The problem is the "a" which is different (more rounded)
I'm pretty confident it's a match. I think the script on fonts.com that generates the preview has a poor anti-alias.

These are not the same fonts! They are very closed and have the same name, probably because they're based on a same old typeface with that name, as that often happens... They're both designed by different authors, and there's another one more here

Anyway the UrbanFonts one from Nathaniel Porter seems to be the matching one...
