Not a retail font. A reasonable substitute could be made from some letters in Flange BQ Bold and adding an inline. Other letters are different.
Bump! I have used Elan Bold and added an inline. I'm really leaning towards it being a retail font as there has been a significant number of local print/TV advertising using this font (and not only by the Jays association).
