A customer recently mentioned to me, that he was able to use my ttf. file just fine, but the "otf kept falling over when it went to print."

What does "falling over" mean??

It behaves OK, no weird effects whatsoever. Maybe ask your client what he means? Maybe when he shakes the paper the letters are falling off
