I really want to get this font. Feel Script Regular. Does anyone know if you can get it for free or any cheaper than £69?

£69 is already cheap for Feel Script considering the time and effort it took to make it. 1165 glyphs!!

Download a commercial font for free, it's theft.
If you don't wan to pay, choose an other font.
