That is a custom font used not only by AS Monaco but by all clubs in the French professional football leagues. The only difference on how the font is used by the clubs is in the color and how the outline is done.
The real font is not available anywhere and what you will find is unofficial digitizations.

Tungsten Medium looks very close but I know the font in the photo is a custom font.
