I love this font, but I do not know who makes it, or what it is called, please help!

Try Peignot Demi lowercase. It's heavily modified but seems to be the same font with strokes etc. added.

Peignot Demi lowercase with added stroke amended l,k and p and line added to r. I couldn't fully edit my previous post. I've done an image to show it better.
