I think that is so pretty too! I did some searching & found this regarding this writing:

GIRAFFE" is a handlettring, entirely done from scratch, by Hylton Warburton so definitely not-a-font.
For "THOMAS OLIVER BAND", I think it's a customization of an existing typeface. If I have to reproduce it, I'd probably start with Caslon Bold, slant it, rework all serifs (to make them pointy and geometric, latin serifs), redraw /T and add some swashes and flourishes (have a look to swashes and ornaments through Adobe Caslon Pro OpenType features).

Thanks for the offer. I don't really need it, but when I saw it I just fell for it. I was really hoping it was a font, but alas it isn't. Perhaps in the future, if I can never get it out of my head, I'll give it a go myself and if that fails you're nr 1 on my list!
