It is a embroider font but I need it to cut letters for heat press vynil

Honestly I do not know of how to convert an embroidery file to a print font file and then to a cutter file. Is there a possibility to convert a bit map to a cutter file? If yes, search that image with google images, clean up the mess and do the conversion. If no, forget it.
