Wendy, I haven't a clue what you mean by that - and it's okay.

Most of the programs I own - I have it set up for what is "Smart Quotes" where the apostrophe is immediately accessed - and I know the keyboard commands for the foot and inch mark when needed.

Since you are the OP - are you trying to make a suggestion to yourself?
