The P and a don't belong there, or the e and c, whatever you like.

P and a are of same weight (with something happening to the inside of the a being shifted)

This could be someone's idea of Avant Garde... closest font on dafont would probably be something like Super Rad.

Why, please let me know one day - folks do this to perfectly good fonts. Boo hoo.
