Does anybody know the name of this font or could suggest a similar, closest, one?

I don't think this is a font. This is very similar to the Portuguese Socialiste Youth logo -

There are some fonts that may or may not have a similar feel - but I think because the letters they duplicate are not exactly the same - it was hand drawn.
