There are two fonts in the following image, one looks like a Journal font while one looks like a custom version of Arial? Can someone please help I've always been curious thanks!

I can tell the font in the middle of the image is Segoe UI with compressed letter spacing. I call this the deadmau5 effect because deadmau5 is known for using it with Arial Black.
