Need the font at the lower portion of the circle... Guessing it's greek or something???

Apologies if you already got my earlier post. -it's not showing up on my end so I am trying one more time.

This looks lost like Palatino to me, but for a more Greek/Roman look, Cochin would get you there - both are usually standard issue with most computers.
Dafont has Optimus Princeps too.
