Can you post an image with only the text at high quality? So not a highly compressed jpg that has more jpeg artifacts than actual image info. Remember, text is line art, for which jpg is the same as the road to hell. Use png.

@koeiekat, I've changed the image to the highest quality version I could find.

Better but still a highly compressed jpg. Searched for the ampersand but not even a 80% match. Sorry.
For With the Kaufmann will do.
