I knew this as Trooper Roman back in typositor days - the Trooper Roman on myfonts http://myfonts.us/td-VFVBKw shows alternatives and I've suggested Toledo http://myfonts.us/td-oyJdPR in the past. Also, before myfont.com put Trooper in - I use to recommend Tom's (it was the closest when no one digitized Trooper) http://myfonts.us/td-UbsuMu

Claude found Troover Roman on Paratype - I haven't seen what the whole alphabet looks like but your sample is Trooper....
