I think its the LTA Identity typeface, from the MRT in Singapore!?
Please find where to get it!

I found out! MYSELF! - It is a custom LTA Identity typeface - appears to be a modified Ocean Sans!!!

Sorry, it is a custom font exclusive to the client. Do you even know what that is???
