I thought it was Sassoon Sans - but on further examination -- it isn't...
But I know somewhere in my head - I know this font. If no one gets it -
I'll try to come back to it...

No wonder you slipped ... this one is one of those that have many names and they are all but one just a bit different from the sample. That is slightly slanted to the right. Best known is of course the ITC Flora but the exception to all these is the FZ BASIC 17 Roman by Fantazia Concepts Inc, well known for slanting left right and center
