Most likely Arial Black forced to a faux italic and outlined.
  The "e" doesn't go with Arial Black.
  yeah, at first i thought arial black as well, but it's not it! I need it before next tuesday, i really hope someone can help me out on this
  I made a comparison image using Helvetica Black and Arial Black. Here is what i found:
rocamaco is right, I think that the first three letters are Helvetica Black and the "t" is possibly Arial.

 If you have a Mac computer, Helvetica comes shipped as a default font. If you don't you'll have to either pay for it or find an alternative. 
FreeSans is almost an exact match. 
Coolvetica is a good similar one too. If you need the exact font and you don't have it, then pay for it. $29 is acctually pretty cheap to pay for a font. Otherwise, downloading the exact font would be illegal. Hope this helps
